I preparing equipment for sailboat trip aroun Nord America http://www.nwpass.pl/category/projekt-wyprawy/ can somebady help with tips for wheater map reception on the hool route (see link)the avialable equipment for now is ICOM IC-706MKII transceiver and Notebook with soundcard. Anybody with experience/info about best solution for software, hardware, freqencies can help ? auch in Deutsch.
