Hi Scheini,
there is no fax radio from the Philippnes, but you can check some HF stations such as Tokyo Meteo/Tokyo Radio, Dehli Meteo, Taipei Meteo,or Seoul Meteo.
Those stations, who send/originated some charts of your area also.
