yes that is correct, try to play with the RF Gain, and you will see the red line can adjusted between the two vertcal green bars in the tuning scope.
Try it also without signal.

: The tuning scope is 1 inch high and the Hardware Setup Wizard tuning scope is 1 inch high. I can only see one blue line along with the signal. Is this correct?
